Lotro Leveling and Questing GuideFor the most part quests fall within a certain level range and area. Quest levels are also useful for those who just wish to farm or hunt monsters. The quest level gives us a good idea of the level of the monsters in the quest area. Keep in mind that Lotro gives you rested bonus the longer you don't play. I like to have several characters and take turns playing them.

- Levels 1-12: Ered Luin and Bree-Land. I recomend staying out of The Shire unless you like errand quests where you have to run around allot
- Level 13-16: Bree-Land
- Level 17-20: Lone-Lands (Forsaken Inn/Candaith’s Camp)
- Level 20-21 Lone Lands (Ost Guruth)
- Level 21-22 North Downs (Trestlebridge)
- Level 23-24 Lone Lands (Ost Guruth)
- Level 21-35: North Downs
- Level 32-40: Evendim
- Level 32-40: Trollshaws
- Level 36-41: Fornost
- Level 39-50: Misty Mountains
