Lotro Leveling and Questing Guide

For the most part quests fall within a certain level range and area. Quest levels are also useful for those who just wish to farm or hunt monsters. The quest level gives us a good idea of the level of the monsters in the quest area. Keep in mind that Lotro gives you rested bonus the longer you don't play. I like to have several characters and take turns playing them.
